The Preliminary Approval Service aims to verify the readiness and capability of the entity to provide e-learning or e-training following the standards approved by the National Center. This service is a fundamental step before program licensing.
Service Description
A Program License is granted to an entity after meeting the program license standards. This license enables the entity to offer educational or training programs or courses via synchronous and asynchronous e-learning formats in accordance with the approved standards.
The service provides beneficiaries with a specialized search engine that allows them to inquire about entities that have obtained preliminary approval to engage in e-training activities and licensed electronic educational and training programs. The search can be conducted using various criteria, such as the entity's name, program name, program type, and educational or training classification. The service ensures access to accurate and reliable information about approved programs and their key details.
This service allows institutions to contribute to spreading digital knowledge widely by joining the OERx National Open Content Program. The program allows for the free publication of educational content for general benefit, enabling institutions to interact with a wider educational community and enhancing their digital presence.
