If you are a registered member at the National eLearning Platform, you will have provided personal information to NELC. We may use this information in several ways to provide educational services and improve learning quality.

As a user of the National eLearning Platform, you can log in using your email and password to view and change your personal information by editing your profile page. NELC ensures protecting your privacy through identity verification when using our system. You may contact NELC at any time by sending an email to the Helpdesk at care@nelc.gov.sa to ask questions or raise concerns.

NELC responsibly processes data collected from the Platform. We do not sell or trade your personal information. You consent to NELC accessing, storing, and disclosing information provided if required by law or if we believe in good faith that such access, storage, or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal procedures, (b) enforce this agreement, (c) respond to claims of third-party rights violations, (d) respond to service requests, or (e) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Platform users. This includes advertising content shown on your profile page.
