LEARN THE ART & SCIENCE OF CREATING & DELIVERING IMPACTFUL PRESENTATIONS Present like a PRO with Art of Business Story Telling Storytelling has the power to engage, influence, teach and inspire listeners. There’s an art to telling a good story, and we all know a good story when we hear one. But there’s also a science behind the art of storytelling. We’ve all listened to (and suffered through) long PowerPoint presentations made up of bullet points – bullet points that may be meaningful to the presenter, but lack the same punch for the audience. When a speaker delivers those same facts within a story, however, something else happens in the brain. Storytelling is essential. If you’re trying to engage, influence, teach, or inspire others, you should be telling or listening to a story, and encouraging others to tell a story with you.

    Influence without Authority

Lead conflict-free workplace teams with high synergy and leverage the power of purpose to accomplish business goals. Consider this scenario: You’re tasked with leading a project within your organization but in an unofficial capacity. Technically, you’re not in a position of leadership, but you've been given managerial responsibilities, such as generating a budget, creating a schedule, and managing and coordinating a team. So long as everyone else plays along, you should be fine. But that can be a big ask. While your co-workers might not be intentionally trying to thwart your success, their priorities are naturally going to align with those who hold authority over them and their jobs—their supervisors. Without a position of authority, your priorities are likely to take a back seat to everything else on your team’s plate, often to the detriment of your initiative. Does this sound familiar? If so, then this course will give you insights on how to lead without authority.

Later, in 2014, institute released a paper on Regenerative Organic Agriculture and Climate Change. The extract of the paper talks about sequestering more than 100% of current annual CO2 emissions with a switch to common and inexpensive organic management practices, which they termed 'regenerative organic agriculture.' The farm and other management practices, under the regenerative agriculture, are focusing not only on restoring but also enhancement of soil health, ecosystem, biodiversity and communities. Unlike conventional agricultural practices that often prioritize short-term yields and rely heavily on synthetic chemicals, regenerative agriculture seeks to create sustainable, resilient, and self-sustaining systems. It aims to regenerate the soil, restore ecosystems, and increase carbon sequestration, all while producing food in a way that benefits the environment, farmers, and society at large.
